Most frequently performed procedures

Five main areas

Each procedure is preceded by individual consultation and medical qualification. The plan is tailored to anatomy, expectations and lifestyle.

Botulinum toxin

Smoothing dynamic wrinkles: between the brows (glabellar lines), horizontal forehead lines, crow’s feet around the eyes. The procedure takes about 15–30 minutes; the effect lasts 4–6 months.

Hyaluronic acid fillers

Lip enhancement, correction of nasolabial folds, cheekbone enhancement, filling static wrinkles. The effect is visible immediately after the procedure; the final form settles after 2 weeks.

Facial contouring

Comprehensive correction of facial proportions using fillers. An individual treatment plan based on contour analysis and the patient’s needs.

Needle mesotherapy

Skin-revitalising injections: vitamin cocktails, non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid, peptides. Improves firmness, hydration and skin tone. Cycle of 3–6 sessions.

Tissue biostimulators

Stimulation of the body’s own collagen production — improvement of skin density and firmness, restoration of facial volumes. The effect develops gradually over several months and lasts 12–24 months. Cycle of 1–3 sessions.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does the effect of botulinum toxin last?
Usually 4–6 months. Duration depends on individual characteristics, the strength of mimic muscles, metabolism and lifestyle.
Does the procedure hurt?
The procedures are minimally painful. If needed, I use local anaesthesia (numbing cream). Most patients describe the sensation as mild discomfort, not pain.
How long does swelling subside after fillers?
Slight swelling and possible bruising usually subside within 3–7 days. The full final result is visible about 2 weeks after the procedure (when the product stabilises).
How much does the procedure cost?
Current price lists are available at the SZPZLO clinic at ul. Jagiellońska 34. The cost depends on the amount of product used and the area treated. I encourage you to book an initial consultation.
How should I prepare for the procedure?
For 7 days before the procedure, avoid aspirin, vitamin E and alcohol (they increase the risk of bruising). The skin in the treatment area should be thoroughly cleansed and free of cosmetics.
When are the results visible?
Botulinum toxin: first effects 3–5 days after the procedure, full effect after 2 weeks. Hyaluronic acid fillers: result visible immediately, final form after 2 weeks.
What is and isn’t allowed after the procedure?
For the first 24 hours: do not massage the treated area, avoid intense physical exercise, sauna and tanning beds. For 7 days avoid high temperatures. Detailed recommendations are discussed individually during the visit.
Are there contraindications?
Yes: pregnancy, breastfeeding, autoimmune diseases, allergy to product components, active infection in the treatment area. Full qualification takes place during the initial consultation.
